Description
The market town of Ladendorf lies 228 m above sea level on the hilly foothills of the Leiser Berge and is part of the Mistelbach - Leiser Berge small region. The municipal area covers 50.05 km² and is made up of the cadastral municipalities of Ladendorf, Neubau, Garmanns, Grafensulz, Eggersdorf, Herrnleis and Pürstendorf. Coming from Neubau, the castle and Ladendorf parish church are beautifully embedded in the landscape. The highest point in Ladendorf, the Friedenskreuz, and the unique double row of lime trees invite you to take long walks. In winter, you can enjoy the landscape on groomed cross-country ski trails in the Lindenallee. Our paved cycle paths are very popular. For sports enthusiasts there is a sports field, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool and sauna, gymnasium, riding trails, cycle paths and cross-country ski trails.
